Consumer Protection & Subscription Terms

1. The trader

2. The service

Drones Restricted Zones RO is a digital tool that displays UAV restricted zones, control zones, permanent restrictions and NOTAMs in Romania (data sourced from ROMATSA) and lets subscribers draw a planned flying zone, analyse overlaps with restricted areas, export it as KML, save it to their account, keep an operator / pilot / drone library, build a SORA operational volume (flight geography, contingency volume and ground-risk buffer) with the Volume Planner and export it as KML, generate the official ROMATSA flight-approval request forms (Anexa 1 / Anexa 2), and keep a per-pilot flight record (AACR "evidența zborurilor") that can be downloaded as a Word (.docx) document, view live weather conditions for a selected flying zone, and browse a curated list of recommended places to fly (points of interest). Viewing the map is free; the "Pro" features are available on a free trial and then by paid subscription.

⚠️ The Service is an unofficial aid. It does not grant flight authorisations. Always verify against official ROMATSA sources and current NOTAMs, and comply with all applicable aviation rules, before flying.

3. Free trial, prices and billing

Free trial: 7 days from account creation, with no payment and no card required.
Prices: 50 RON per month, or 550 RON per year. The trader is not registered for VAT (neplătitor de TVA), so no VAT is added to the prices above.
Billing & renewal: subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation: you may cancel at any time from the in-app "Manage billing" portal or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period and is not renewed thereafter.
Invoicing details: at checkout we collect your name and billing address. If you subscribe as an individual, providing your CNP is optional; if you subscribe as a business, your company name and CIF/CUI are required so we can issue a valid company invoice.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU).

For digital services, if you expressly request that the service begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, the withdrawal right may no longer apply. Because a 7-day free trial is provided before any charge, you can evaluate the Service at no cost. To withdraw within the applicable period, contact office@zorile-energie.ro; you may use the model form below.

5. Complaints and dispute resolution

Please contact us first at office@zorile-energie.ro; we aim to resolve complaints promptly.

You may also contact the Romanian consumer-protection authority, Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Consumatorilor (ANPC) — anpc.ro, including its alternative dispute resolution (SAL) mechanisms (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal).

For online disputes, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The information made available through the drones-rz-romania.com platform is provided solely for guidance and informational purposes for civil aviation operators and pilots planning and conducting aerial filming, photography and mapping activities.

Access to, use of or reliance upon such information does not relieve aviation operators or pilots of their obligation to be aware of and comply with all applicable national and European Union laws, regulations and requirements in force, nor does it replace their obligation to obtain, verify and use the relevant aeronautical information in accordance with the applicable aviation regulations and procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zorile Energie S.R.L. shall under no circumstances be liable for any direct or indirect damages, or for any special, incidental, consequential or other loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the drones-rz-romania.com platform.

Zorile Energie S.R.L. shall further not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the inability to access or use the data or information made available through the Application, or from any incorrect, incomplete or improper use, reliance upon or interpretation of such data or information.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy under the law of your country of residence in the EU.
